2. Scope

This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit our website, use our contact form, or interact with cookie and analytics settings. It applies to visitors in Belgium, the European Economic Area (EEA), and elsewhere, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian law.

3. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

  • Contact details — email address or phone number you submit via our contact form.
  • Technical data — IP address (truncated where possible), browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP (country/region level).
  • Cookie preferences — your choice to accept or reject analytics cookies, stored locally in your browser.
  • Communication metadata — when you email or call us directly, we process the information you choose to share.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

4. How we use your data

  • To respond to contact requests and business enquiries.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website.
  • To measure aggregated website traffic and usage patterns only if you consent to analytics cookies.
  • To comply with legal obligations and defend our legitimate interests where permitted by law.

5. Legal bases (GDPR)

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — analytics cookies and Google Analytics, which you can withdraw at any time via .
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — replying to enquiries, basic site security, and fraud prevention, balanced against your rights.
  • Contract / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) — when you request information about our services.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where required by applicable law.

6. Cookies

We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Strictly necessary — required to remember your cookie choice and deliver core functionality. These do not require consent under EU ePrivacy rules.
  • Analytics (optional) — Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-62VLMT61YY), loaded only after you click Accept analytics. If you reject, no analytics scripts are loaded and no analytics cookies are set by us.

You can change your choice at any time using in the footer of this site or by clearing cookies in your browser.

7. Google Analytics 4

When you consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use our site (e.g. page views, session duration, general traffic sources). We configure analytics with IP anonymisation and without advertising signals or ad personalisation.

Google may process data on servers inside and outside the EEA. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, Google relies on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and Google Analytics data protection.

You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

8. Contact form

When you submit our contact form, your email or phone number is transmitted securely to a Google Apps Script endpoint operated for QSP and stored in Google Workspace for the purpose of responding to your request. We retain contact submissions only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

9. Data retention

  • Cookie consent choice — up to 12 months, unless you clear it earlier.
  • Google Analytics — according to our GA4 property settings (typically 2 or 14 months for event data; configurable in Google Analytics).
  • Contact enquiries — until the enquiry is closed and any reasonable follow-up period ends, unless legal obligations require longer storage.

10. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the site, including:

  • Google — hosting/analytics (Google Analytics 4) and contact form processing (Google Apps Script / Workspace), acting as processor under their terms.
  • Website hosting provider — technical delivery of the site (server logs may include IP addresses for security).
  • Adobe Fonts (Typekit) — web fonts; may involve limited technical data (IP address) when fonts are loaded.

We require processors to protect data appropriately and process it only on our instructions where applicable.

11. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
